The hotel is excellent, the staff is very helpfull and friendlly. Great location, beautifull room, very nice bar. We didn't have bathrobes and sleepers. They didn't vacum the room. |

The hotel is brand new with exquisite design and a very good price considering the location and the number of stars. There is something cold about the hotel but i don't really know what it is.Perhaps it needs some time to "settle". |

Comfortable with friendly staff, excellent location The rooms varied in temperature and one room had someone's used razor, toothbrush and drink in on arrival. One room was noisy - faulty smoke alarm or something similar. |

The staff were really proud to work in this brand new hotel in Vienna. They really enjoyed helping the guests. There wasn't any chocolate in the minibar. I missed it very much. But this was their first week after opening. So I don't mind. |
